Hi Ramesh - Yes, that did work. All my pictures transferred to my desktop pc. Merely now, how do I delete all the pics on my phone, which is about 2,000. Information technology wants me to delete one day at a time rather than a twelvemonth at a time or fifty-fifty everything at same time.
